Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require two days (48 hours) notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment in order to honor your deposit. If you are more than 30 mins late to your appointment, you will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows, last-minute cancellations, and/or multiple reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit to go towards your Artist's loss of income for your appointment time.
Health & Age Requirements
Please remember to bring one piece of Valid Government Issued Photo ID. We are unable to Tattoo anyone who is: under the Age of 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, currently on Antibiotics, or who have taken Antibiotics within 7 days of the Tattoo Session. If you are Diabetic or are taking Blood Thinning Medication, we require a Doctor's Note clearing you for your procedure. If you have any other Health Conditions that may conflict with your ability to be Tattooed, please discuss and confirm these with the Studio Manager before sending your Deposit. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to disclose Health Conditions that prevent us from Tattooing you on the day of your Session, or showing up to your appointment Sunburnt, under the Influence of Drugs and/or Alcohol, will result in forfeiture of your Deposit to cover a portion of your Artist's loss of income.
Numbing Cream
There are Pros & Cons to using Numbing Creams. If you are able to tolerate your Session without using it, we highly recommend doing so. Some of the potential downsides to using it are:
-
Chemical Burns or Allergic Reactions
-
Can be very painful
-
May not be visible or notable until after your Session
-
If our Artists see signs of a Chemical Burn or Reaction, they will not Tattoo the Area
-
-
Altering the Texture of the Skin
-
This makes it more difficult for your Artist to properly Saturate the skin
-
Can affect the Quality of your Tattoo & Cost
-
-
Increased Sensitivity
-
Most creams only last a couple of hours, once they wear off you go from feeling nothing to feeling EVERYTHING
-

If you still choose to use a Numbing Cream, PLEASE discuss this with your Artist and DO NOT apply it yourself before your Appointment unless otherwise instructed. Typically, your Artist will be applying it for you to account for the time they need to create your stencil.
